Ordered 18 Sep, shipped 10 Oct, and arrived on 15 Oct.

I wrote a longer review earlier, but accidentally hit the start key and lost it. Should have used Word.

I spent the last year researching computer companies to replace my aging "competitors" computer. I spent a lot of time reading the
forums of many companies and found this one to be one of the better and more down to earth.
The key to my purchase hinged on price, customer service, and reviews (especially on - Outside Link Removed -)
I thought that Digital Storm did very well in every category, so I began to process of reading the forums on a weekly basis.
I'm not much of a socialite and I rarely write in forums, but I really did enjoy the family culture the forum brought out.

I ordered the old fashioned way, I plugged what I wanted in the custom build and sent it.
Customer service was great, they helped me tweak and save some money on a couple options.
I know I overdid it on a couple items, but I was willing to pay the price for the minor increases in performance.
I hate upgrading, but left this computer with room to grow. Just don't know how I will part with it in the future when I do decide to upgrade.

I will buy from Digital Storm again in the future--good companies are hard to find. (My wife will be happy to hear that, she will be the benefactor)
