Ok so the sensors on my Digital Storm PC, the top one that monitors the side fan is like going crazy.  Anyone know how I can turn the alarm off that sounds?

I know why the alarm is going off, it seems on my computer the top fan rpm sensor only monitors the side fan, when that side fan loses power the alarm sounds.  I can recreate this by unplugging the fan, at that point the fan sensor also dims out and the alarm starts sounding.
 
As to why the side fan loses power, only occasionally, I do not know.  Sometimes it will go out for a second, other times 5 secs, even had up to 30 secs at one point.
