im looking for something cheap yet good quality i will not do with out quality if it cost more so be it but i would like to keep the cost low . i been looking in to usb to hdmi converters but i cant decide i want to know what the geeks are saying is the best if the best is to pricey then next best is fine to.

computer has a dvi port on back and usb 2.0

the tv has hdmi and a dvi port on back of it
the tv is a hdtv/monitor truflat rca . what it says on front of tv sory i cant not supply any other information

connect dvi port from gpu to dvi on tv.
