I ordered my computer on August 7 and payment was processed on the 9th. It didn't move stages until I emailed the first time and then it went to stage 5 on August 18. It was waiting on the graphics card to come in.
It hasn't changed status since August 18. I've emailed and called but they couldn't say why it has been in stage 5 for so long. It has been 28 days (19 business days) since ordering and been in stage 5 for 16 days (12 business days). Seems a little odd to be in testing for that long.

Called at around 3:30 PST time today and technician had left for the day.

Hi Riley...  I obviously can't say the reason, being a customer like yourself, but the 980Ti Strix, I believe you ordered?  was on back-order for awhile and DS might be scrambling to back-fill orders on a first come basis.    But they should be able to tell you the status.

Stage 5 will vary for everyone as if a part is backordered or a part goes wrong such as what happened to me back when i ordered which was my video card, it can take a bit.
