Hi, I just ran into digital storm website a little while back. Iv been reading the forums and am very amazed with how this company works.
I'm hopefully going to school in a little while to study 3d modeling and animation. I use a lot of CPU heavy programs like 3ds max, zbrush, mudbox , all the adobe stuff. The 8 core skulltrail looks like it would be very killer for rendering but probbly out of my price range. Looking for something about 1500-3k. I also like to play games so a very nice video card would be great aswell. If anyone could point me into the right dirrection or if you have simular requirements for your built pc i would love to see what you have done. Thanks alot, hopefully will become a customer soon! |

I'm running a 22 inc as well as a 20 in screen. Mostly use the 22 in for gaming. That setup looks pretty nice for the price and i will have to check it out further. Do you do any rendering or 3d?
Thanks for the reply it will help me a lot! |

OK good then the single GPU is perfect for you, I don't do any 3D stuff but that config has room for you to add more ram down the line if you need it and a good SSD should help you a lot with that also, you want something that gives you high write speed.
Its been a pleasure helping you
