thats a tough thing to do with any budget, those 3 monitors together will be a res of 5760x1080, and you need 2 480s for some games to be very smooth at 1920x1080 (one of those monitors), plus the scaling... i dont know man =/

on paper it seems like it would be ok but im afraid of it being more hassle than its worth in real life

With that budget, I would buy the monitors elsewhere and do some researching. As Alex mentioned, SSDs would be a great choice. You will have a beast of a machine.

Miguel as one who also has a relatively high budget, you might consider wating 2 or 3 weeks,  DSO is in the process of completing a new offering that will be a very high end Signature system with some new tricks to be brought to the table.

Ive been waiting for 2 weeks already and am anxious for the next two or three to go by till they release the new Offering.
