hello guys
 
im pretty new to the computer gaming world and im not tech savy at all
im looking to buy my first gaming rig
i want a rig that can play rts games like shogun 2 total war at max settings and im on a budget of around $1000 any ideas.

marauder lvl 1 looks pretty savvy...

besides what we the customers are gonna tell you, you should call DS. I talked with Gerardo 2 days ago before i ordered. He answered every question i had and concerns. He even helped me keep with my 3k budget within 100 bucks. And gave me the best for my buck. Just give them a call they will help you out.

I'll agree with giving them a call.

From what I've read, their systems are much nicer than the competition and the prices are reasonable. It's always cheaper to build it yourself, but DS always selects pretty good components and after you figure how much time you'll pour into research and the build your savings will start to dwindle pretty quick.

I can't speak for quality or anything (YET!! I'm at stage 5 ATM) but ill post pics and a review as well as 1yr/2yr/3yr updates when I do get it.
