Config Advice WoW player

well if theres any WoWers out there i happen to own a powerPC mac
... no longer supported yay!.im looking into a DS computer. i want something i can play on with maxed visual settings and still get good FPS. ( i may get some other pc games, non MMORPG's but i want the computer to mainly support MMORPG's) I do have a quick crap build that needs some work. (i left some things defult because i was not sure what was good or not).

my first question is what processes is good for its price. i am between the I5 760 2.8 ghz quad or the I7 870 2.93ghz for $100 more.

2ndly i am open to all suggestions on the mother bored, dont know what one is worth it. 

for my RAM im thinking of staying with my default. but ive read that it could bottleneck the entire system so let me know if im making a bad decision. 

Most likley going to stay with defult Power supply.

For my Vid card i am being cautious because i hear this is the big part in MMO's i dont want to go to low end on this one in fear of ruining my system open to any suggestions on a good vid card for my buck.

most likely going to OC my processor and VC. tell me if i shouldn't.

and for my cooler i would like a fan and want something that can get the job done without costing a ton.

So far my build 431012 is pretty weak and i would probably need something under 1500-1600.
