I ordered this config for both gaming and music composition(i.e. programs like segquencers, synths, samplers, wave editors, notation, Csound, MAX MSP, Supercollider, etc...). I will probably add another hard drive to store Sample Packages, Projects, etc... Also I may need to put in something like FRONTX to get the use of the other 2 Firewire headers on the motherboard.I hope this will be a good config for both gaming and music... I think this will be an excellent MMORPG gaming system. Anyone have any thoughts on the music capability?

your gpu needs to change cause you gonna be hating it with new games coming out, specially the dx11 ones, also 285 is a waste of money cause the 275 is only 4 fps behind it.
if you are gaming at 1900 x 1200, 1 x 5870 is all you need and it will take the both the 275/285 to school. your 64GB ssd is not big enough to hold os and games, remember: HDD1 = fast drive: os/apps/games HDD2 = regular large drive: media/personal/work file storage Don't fill up your HDD1 more then 50%, if think you will need more room for it then pick a bigger one. Asetek is not good, drop it and go with Noctua which is much better. if you want a good psu you need to change the psu to corsair. the gpu and os tweak are pointless. you do know that the mobo you picked has only 3 pci lanes right? with one gpu you are left with 2 pci lanes, if that does not matter then its a good mobo.
