It looks like to me that you hit all the boxes.
I am not familiar at all on AMD's offerings or their cooling requirements. (ie,.air cooled cpu) However if it keeps the thermals under control, it is way more trouble free than an AIO.

Looks solid to me. The 5600X is the only proc I would air cool IMHO. The AMD stock fans have been known to be quite good. I like your storage at this price point. I wouldn't change a thing.
