Hello:D

So i'm looking to get a comp within the next couple months and really need some advice about what i need to play World of Warcraft with high settings, without having to worry about system upgrades for 1-2 years (if it's possible with my budget).

Budget: $2600 (comp only, no extras needed, /wo cost of shipping)

Use: 15% watching DVD/blurays & 85% games (mostly WoW, also starcraft2 and counter-strike)

Other than itunes and antivirus, i'm not going to be using the comp for anything else.

Any help here would be great:D And thanks!

$2600 for a WOW, SC2 and CS:S :). You could get a system for half that price and not worry about it for 2 years.

But if you want to still spend the money, here is a good guide from Ender.Look below for a build

Here is his high-end build that i think is what your looking for. I made  a couple of changes to add a blu-ray writer etc.

windows/applications on the solid state, anything else on the 2nd drive

its within your budget to add a sound card if prime audio quality matters to you

its actually also within your budget to get a 2nd 480 in SLI, but if you are only playing wow, this is grossly unnecessary

the case is really just preference, any of the similarly priced cases are fine if you like the way they look

be sure to pick up some case lighting! the HAF cases come with a red LED fan in the front that can be turned off if you want
