Hi all,

I've finally decided to retire my 5-year old desktop.  I play mostly RPG and RTS games so I'm looking for a PC that will be able to run WoW:WoTLK and Fallout 3 at respectable visual settings.  I am on a budget, so affordability is important, but I'd like to try not to pinch too many pennies at the expense of upgradability.  Here's my config, any advice is appreciated.

Harleyman has come up with a nice setup that offers a lot of room for upgradability.
As is, it should do well for what you want to play, and you can add more ram freely since you'll have Vista 64 bit OS. The more expensive mobo offers better performance so that you won't feel the need to upgrade it soon. (upgrading a mobo is a mofo) errr... yeah. Embarrassed
You also have SLI available to you for later graphics improvement.

That is a nice setup that HM did for you. I would think about maybe switcing MB's and going with the 4850...it will run circles around the 9800GTX.
