Go with the 8800 GTS 320MB if you don't plan on playing your games at resolutions 1600x1200 or higher.
The rest looks good. Edited by skyR - 19 Aug 2007 at 7:04pm |

GPU memory is for the high resolutions (1920x1200) with AA and AF enabled at max settings. Many games today do not use over 320MB memory for max settings with AA and AF enabled at 1600x1200 or lower resolutions. So the performance between the 320mb and 640mb will be minimal and sometimes the 320mb will beat the 640mb by a tiny bit due to the latency on the larger memory. It's not worth the $100. I would downgrade the ram to 800MHz and get the 8800 GTX if you want to play at high resolutions or want performance. |

Case: Digital Storm Twister VALUE (Black Edition)

Will Air Cooled Stage 1 be alright? or will i need level 2?
I will also need a monitor, and was wondering if i woudl be able to find a better price on widescreen monitors the same quality somewhere else? or is the 19 inch a good deal?

Air staged 1 is fine if you have proper ventilation for your computer.
Unless you want a different model, the monitors Digital Storm provide are excellent and it's free shipping. If you want to look at monitors, go to www.newegg.com. Maybe they will have some deals. |

If you want to get a straight gaming System, you don't need to downgrade the ram to 800MHz, because the Dominator Ram 1066 very need for your Quad Core CPU and Gaming. Also, you should need air cooled Stage 2 for your Quad Core CPU too, because the Quad Core CPU running hot than Core 2 Duo CPU.
