Without knowing what you want to do with your PC and what is your budget, it is difficult to offer help.

32 GB at 2133 MHz is overkill, gaming does not need X79 platform etc. But more info is needed for anybody to give you sane advice.

Ultimate Win 7 isn't useful, drop down to Win 7 Professional, also as you been told, 32GB of RAM is way to much. Also we need to know what you are going to be using for, if you are going for a dual/triple monitor setup, or if you are ready am, and what are the resolutions so we can build the best configuration for your needs. Also what is your budget? Also if you are planning to add a extra video card in the future, the 1050W PSU from Corsair as that is very reliable and has a warranty of 7 years. I see you have gotten a t shirt but you have forgotten one crucial configuration, the overclocking.

This build is mainly just for gaming and slight rendering.

This should be good enough for a 1920x1080 monitor, also it has room for another Nvidia 670 if you plan on upgrading.

I chose the Digitalstorm Dreadnought because of the cooling. Airflow is the Dreadnought's specialty thanks to its naturally aspirated design. A massive 230mm fan mounted on the front combined with a 200mm side mounted fan help bring in large volumes of cold air into the Dreadnought's interior. Fans mounted on the back and top of the Dreadnought quickly and in large volumes, pull hot, performance inhibiting air out of the system. The large fan won't make much noise, but will provide adequate airflow.
