Hello,
I'm wondering if there is a way to reconfigure the LED lights on my tower. I have the Vanquish 1. The default configuration seems to be a rainbow effect going around the around the sides and bottom, I'm hoping to adjust this to a solid color or maybe a two color effect without the rainbow.

Look for the remote that controls it in the box of extra gear that came with your computer. It's not obviously a remote as it comes packaged in one of those anti-static envelopes. There are instructions with it. if you didn't get one, you'll have to ask DS to send it.

You can program a solid color if you want to.
