Confirmation of upgrade compatability

The MB on my DS has gone down and I would like to do a medium upgrade.  I would appreciate it if I get a confirmation that the below hardware is compatable.

MB-  ASUS P8Z77 V Pro, LGA 1155, North Bridge, DDR3, Dual Channel, PCIx 3
 
CPU-  Intel i5 2500K, LGA 1155, Sandy Bridge, Quad Core, 3.3 ghz
 
Vid Card-  Gforce GTX 560 Ti
 
Mem-  Corsair Vengeance 8 GB (4x2), DDR3
 
HD-  West Digital Caviar Blue, 1 TB, 7200

Hi Rhodes......you are good to go.    The z77 and i5-2500k share the same 1155 socket and ddr3 is a match. The gtx 560 will slip into a Pcie 2/ 3 x16 slot on the board.   Don't use the black slot.....its only x4 lanes.       HDD is just a sata plug-in.
