Hello.
I see that so many customers seem to order the HAF 932 box. It seems like at least a 20 to 1 ratio in favor of the HAF 932, Any reason why?

From the photos posted of the HAF 932 appears a little cheap looking.

I seem to prefer the Digital Storm Hailstorm, I like the cleaner traditional looks and expandability it seems to have. Anyone know what the finish on the front panel is?

I hate making decisions when I can't see what I am buying, I can only trust good people like all of you.

Also I live in Miami Florida, so I am probably the farthest from the factory than anyone else and have had not so good computer deliveries in the past. I know they can wood crate it but the cost is too much.

Also I am concerned about warranty, do I understand correctly that should something develop into a serious problem after 30 days the system will have to be shipped back and forth to the factory and I have to pay the cost? Scary...

Thanks for the help.

1. The front of the HailStorm is made out of black anodized aluminum.

2. To be honest 99% of the time, if your system works fine within the first week, you rarely would have any issues down the road that would require you to have it sent back for service. Take into consideration, that we do stress-test the living 'heck' out of the units before they leave, a majority of the issues are usually software related and can be resolved with a fresh install, or, if even a year down the road a defective stick of ram or a video card went bad, it's only about $20 in round trip shipping to obtain a replacement.

The warranty covers all shipping costs within the first 30 days of original delivery. That should give anyone a nice buffer zone to ensure their system is completely stable, etc...
