I was cleaning the back on my ox but I saw these 2 cables not plugged in by the time I had finished but wasn’t sure if they were both supposed to be plugged in. Im new to this. It’s both black cables into the white socket. Or just 1 cable ?

Those are SATA cables. You should have them plugged in but they may go to empty slots so there will be no change.
