As the title says, I would like to know if it is possible to manually control the RPMs of any case fans that I have connected directly to the motherboard?  I have the ASUS X79 Deluxe MOBO.  I have added a couple more fans to my case since I had them laying around being unused and I have connected a couple of them directly to the mother board so I'd like to know if there is any way I can control their speeds if I wanted to do so.
System:
HAF X942 / i7 3930k 6-core cpu / ASUS P9x79 Deluxe MOBO
16gb DS ram / Corsair 1050HX PSU / Two - Intel 320 series 120gb SSD's
WD Caviar Black 1TB HDD / GTX570 2.5gb GPU / Noctua D14 Cooler

I don't have your mobo, but I think in BIOS,Advanced,  Monitor the chassis fans can be adjusted.  I would think it would be a pain at first, but once you get the setting you want, you'd just leave them at whatever speed is good for you for noise, etc.
