So iv'e waited 14 days since the confirmation of my order being processed, and i'm still on stage 1 :/. What's up with this

DS is extremely busy this holiday season, My order was processed the 18th of December and im still on stage 1. I emailed Alex and he let me know my order is still pending and I should get out of stage one in the next few days. The dude is awesome. You can email him at [email protected]
