I noticed this isn't offered as an option through Digitalstorm. I'm not that familiar with computer parts and was wondering if there was a reason. For example is the V8 better than the V10?

you can request it if you like, you are not confined to what is in the config page, you can ask for what ever your heart desires
but the v8 is pretty much the same performance. |

is these big heat sink really safe for the motehrboard, since if its in a tower it will be side ways hanging does the weight of it cause any problems in the long run since my system is currently using liquid cooling and was looking to build a new system and was looking into a air cooling system.
Just was wandering if the weight of these huge heatsink cause any issue in the long runs, to the system components in the long run? |

Not really, that's why they include back braces. Just make sure your mobo screws are all in... or else it could do some damage.

I think the Noctua NH-U12P would do a better job.

Noctua is very similiar to what I am currently using (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835702007)
The ***** keeps my processor around 60 underload and that is OC'd to 4ghz. I am pretty happy with it.
