Hello all,
I have been poking around my lumos and I noticed that the fans mounted to the 240mm Digital Storm Vortex cooling system were RGB. I have been thinking about replacing my stock fans with corsair rbg fans, and I wonder if I can use the two on the cooling unit as a test to see how it would look before I commit to buying 6 expensive fans.

Any hardware issues with this idea?

Not sure what is the RGB controller for those two fans might be.
If you buy for example a Corsair LL or ML Series 120mm RGB fan 3 pack, that comes with the Corsair Lighting Node Pro unit that the fans plug into, and the RGB colors are then controlled by Corsair iCue software.

Update: I contacted tech support and it looks like you can remove the fans without voiding the warranty
