CoolMan 360 wires not hooked up

I just received my new Digital storm computer and the front 3 fan lights do not work and I have 2 wires that were put in the RGB remote bag and I have no idea how to hook them up or if they were forgotten. I have instructions but I'm not a computer tech guy so I don't really know where to start

The best place to start is by getting in touch with DS tech support. They are in the best position to know what your issue is. They will stay on the phone with you and walk you through the fix.

Welcome to DS.

What system did you get and does it have an rgb option?

The wires in your accessory box are extras that were left over.

To check the lights try to follow the wires from the fans and see that they are properly seated in the control box. You will have to open the rear of the case to look.

Hopefully that should work.
