CoolMaster storm scout computer case question

I got the cool master storm scout case with my DS computer about 7 months ago.
It has been doing the job, cooling has been fine all summer.
I wanted this case mostly because it has dust filters. The dust filters are catching most of the dust. I been yanking the front off and wiping down the filters and blowing them off once a month.

Question is how do I clean the dust filter that is on the bottom underneath the power supply? Dust is accumulating there.

I'm not 100% sure, but there may not be a slide out option. You probably need to use an air dust can or a house vacuum to clean it.
