they can all OC even most phones can be OC'ed. Official/ supported, and what one can actually do are usually 2 different things.

I was told that you can't change any of the settings, If somebody orders it with DS, they don't oc it.

That is correct in that we are not able to overclock the MV motherboards. It is my understanding (and perhaps venom can chime in here since he works in the testing department) is that the board itself does not natively offer any options for overclocking, which is why we are unable to do so.

Correct, the BIOS does not support changing of anything, even the Memory clock or timings unless that changed in a BIOS revision.
