Although it has been masked by the arrival of the behemoth 900D case (Hailstorm II), Corsair has actually recently released a new mATX based system the 350D.
Mainly a question for Alex, but does DS have any plans on incorporating this case into the lineup? As a Corsair case it would definitely be a great fit, and offers many more features over the current mATX SilverStone FT03 (Enix). Of note is room for dual 240mm radiators, dual SLI video cards, plenty of space for storage, 5 120mm fan mounting points, and a window option. While liquid cooling the ft03 is possible, it is not very practical with space for only a single 120mm radiator. The 350D would allow DS to show off some serious liquid cooling in a compact case (think dual hydrocopper Titans and a 3970X).
Anybody else have any thoughts on this new case? |

Yes we are adding it soon. Looks like we'll be replacing it with the Marauder as a featured system.
The 350D is awesome for it's size, but, not sure if it would be popular with a high-end custom cooling system. The 900D is better suited for those type of configs. |

I like the Corsair 350D also.
Would this case fit Stage 2 air cooling? |

I'm sure that Corsair made sure its new 350d could accomodate its own H100 240mm rads. Plus reviews does say it can.

Sorry about that. I'm not sure. Great question.
The specs are max 160mm cpu cooler height which is what Noctua is. I guess we'll have to wait until DS techs can say for sure. Alex did say " it should" so thats that. Edited by bprat22 - 07 May 2013 at 2:35pm |

Thank You Alex and bprat22 for your help.
In my opinion I think the Noctua air cooler would look good inside the case with a window view. Will it perform as well? I would seriously consider the 350D |

I also like the looks of the large air coolers and the Noctua performs great. The smaller sealed units are very popular and some like the smaller signature.
I agree with you.
