What do you guys think? Looks awesome specially for H2O, but $350.00? Alex, will DS be offering this?

350$ is a bit steep in my humble opinion. There's also a few internal design features in regards to actual functionality that I didn't care for, but its slick looking overall. I would have loved to have had side panels like that on multiple occasions before, though I have had a couple instances when I would have had to move the tower to get the doors off.

a case over $200 is a waste of money in my opinion, i mean even $100 for a piece of metal seems like a lot considering it doesnt have any performance gain ect.

IMHO a case that is expensive isn't a waste if it'll stand the test of time and you can do multiple build in it.

It all depends on a customers budget. If you have a $3,500+ budget for example, a $350 case is no problem if it features your components very well and allows you to build your system perfectly. |

yea, your right and there obviously is some market for cases as expensive as these because the original was popular enough to make a second. |

The first two prototypes will certainly solve all the RAM compatibility woes they encountered with the D14.
Based on my current pleasure with my D14 I'll likely purchase another Noctua when I change over to my next rig a few years down the road. Edited by Tidgxor - 04 Jan 2012 at 5:14pm |
