Hi,
Does anyone know what the fees are if a computer under 3000$ is being shipped to British Columbia, Canada.
note: I did not know where to put this topic so my apologies is it is in the wrong section.
Regards,
Max

I did not know that they had a costume fee in Canada. I'll be sure to check the dress code before I arrive.
Just giving you a hard time. I couldn't resist. I actually don't have a legitimate answer for you, so I'll go away now.

Oke well thank you anyway, because the answer here could save me some money.
If you are wondering why there is a costumes fee.
The costums fee was put in by John A. MacDonald in 1878 to protect Canadian products, so they would not be washed away by the booming economic power the US had over Canada.

You don't need to apologize to me, bruthu man. I'm sorry you couldn't get your rig built by a top notch company. Might try and find a way to do it if you can. |

Or, you could just have it shipped to me in Seattle, then come down here and smuggle it back across the border into BC for free.
By the way, happy Canada Day to you and all the other Canucks. Bfrank2me |
