You didn't ask for comment on your build. I just assume you know what you want for your purpose. I also assume you know the overclock will have your CPU running full-out at all times, instead of spinning up when the load requires it. The OS "tweak" is pretty meh.

If you want any further input, IDK what you're work is, but there are others here that might comment.   

With a custom XMP profile, I've trimmed my timing to count to a billion to 0.046875 seconds!

Out[4]= 0.046875


To count to 10 billion I got 1.01563 seconds

In[5]:= Timing[Range[10^10]][[1]]

Out[5]= 1.01563

I'd love to see anyone beat these. Can you beat them?
