Seagate and Maxtor have them and they are 5400 RPM laptop drives in a small enclosure and usually come with backup software and other tools.  I picked up a Maxtor OneTouch4Mini that is 160 GB for around $100 on sale 6 months ago and it works great.  I use it with my work laptop for when I'm working at home or on the road.  It is powered by the same USB cable that is used to transfer data from the laptop.

I also have two of the larger 500GB external drives for my home computer for doing backups, and these have standard desktop drives in them and are 7200 RPM so are faster, but usually require a power cord.
