CPU cooling on a 920i

I was wondering how much of an overclock boost I could theoretically get on a 920i if I went with the Astek or Coolit Domino over the V8 air cooling. Also Is there much difference between the Astek and Domino other than the price?

either go frostbite or v8, forget the rest, we have seen the oc with v8 and frostbite to be between 3.3 and 3.8GHz.
