what is the main difference between Noctua D14 vs the U12? How much more over clocking can get with U12 for a 950 chip?

The NH-D14 has one 140mm fan and one 120mm fan, the option to add a third fan (but you have to buy a third yourself), and has much more heatsink surface area.
The NH-U12P has two 120mm fans. |

I stand corrected, its the c14 that has 2 x 140mm fans, the D14 as mentioned by dragon has 1 x 140mm and 1 x 120mm fans.
