Cpu fan Error?

Im getting this on start up and restarts, i can bypass it with F1.

disable cpu fan in the bios, you have lc and don't use it.

Im going to need help with that.... also can you tell me why when i got my system the LC would run at -16c and now it only gets to -5.6c?

If the CPU Fan error just started to come up now, it may be due to a BIOS reset or one of the fans have stopped working. This may also be why your temps are not as low.
