I recently tried installing some RAM and a new SSD drive when I attempted to restart it has been hell since and really need this computer up and running ASAP. The fan is not showing up in EFI Bios so I am pretty sure the error is just that but have no idea how to fix it. Bios just says N/A where the CPU fan should be monitored.

Hi WarriorElite.... You didn't give system specs, but if you have an air cooler or sealed cooler like h100 for the cpu, then check the connection from the fan or cooler to the cpu-fan header/plug on the top of the motherboard, above cpu. The connection is labeled on the motherboard.
If it's a water cooled system where the fan header on the motherboard isn't used, then in Bios set the cpu fan error to Disable. Hope this helps. |
