Don't worry my CPU is not overheating randomly. BUT when i render videos i click render using CPU, and my CPU gets to about 70c. it would need to stay like that for 15 - 30 min, can i do it and is it safe. ty

Yep... 70 C isn't bad.  If you're in the 80's or 90's, might want to start thinking of a dialing it back a little.  Ambient temp's in the room can help too.  Cooler the room, cooler the cpu.

Are you liquid cooled or air cooled?  I'm guessing air, as that's a pretty hefty temp for a cpu temp unless it's massively OC'd and under full load (which I know rendering can peg it at 100%).

Either way, I wouldn't worry about that.  You're ok.

Your temps are good. Especially for an overclocked 4770K CPU with an air cooling solution. Nothing to worry about, the CPUs can go up to 90'C safely, and throttle automatically if they get too hot.

Just echoing the above, nothing to worry about, especially with rendering.
