My order # is 8033.  My computer is a Digitalstorm 950i.

Processor: Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition 965 3.2GHz (Quad Core) (Extreme Performance)
Motherboard: ASUS P6T Deluxe (Intel X58 Chipset) (Supports Dual SLI or CrossFire)
System Memory: 6GB DDR3 1333MHz OCZ
Power Supply: 1200W Thermaltake (Triple and Quad SLI Compatible) (Toughpower Edition)
Card Reader: - No Thanks
Hard Drive Set 1: Operating System: 1TB Western Digital (7200 RPM) (16MB Cache) (SATA) (Extreme Speed)

Video Card(s): 2x SLI Dual (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280 1GB) (Includes PhysX Technology)
Add-on Card: (which is now 2x SLI Nvidia GeForce 285 GTX with PhysX Tech)
Sound Card: Creative Labs X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion (PCI-Express Slot Based) (Recommended)
Extreme Cooling: H20: Stage 2: Cool-IT Eliminator (Thermoelectric) CPU Cooler.

Anyways, here is the problem. After I upgrade my videocard from 280 GTX to 285 GTX, my Creative Lab X-FI Titanium no longer works.  I had to remove it and put it back together.

I realized that the LED light of the X-Fi is not working. I went to the Creative program and it would not detect the device.  Help..

I spoke with him on the phone, he is going to remove the card, and the software and the drivers, reseat it, and then reinstall driver and software and let us know how it goes.

He reinstalled it no problem, now we just need to adjust his settings, since hes getting rear audio but not front panel audio, im getting him taken care of.

But I will look into that Drive Sweeper program that you mentioned. I have never used it before and would not want to suggest something to the customers that I have never used. But will look into it.

Oh, im not doubting the software being good, not at all. I just like to use it before I suggest it to customers so that I have a hands on knowledge and experience with it, thats all.
