So this is the build I am looking at getting sometime within the next 2 months hopefully Drooling

I was curious about a few things:

1. Is the Entry-level I7 Quad Core I chose, better than one of the hotter I5 Dual Cores?

2. Will 4 Gigs of ram suffice for gaming?

3. Is the M285 Card offered in the 17 inch model better than the ATI card I have picked currently?

4. What games would you expect this rig to be able to handle with reasonable performance?

Nice job on the update to the config!

Thank you for your interest in Digital Storm! We would love to earn your business and get you an awesome laptop.

I'm going to respond to your questions below:

1. It's perfectly fine, it will allow you to run the faster 1333MHz based memory.

2. 4GB of memory is a sweet spot. If you can add more, it's well worth it. A 6GB configuration is ideal, especially for Windows 7.

3. Actually, the GPU you have selected will perform better and not as hot as the other one. It is also faster, have a look here:

4. Practically all games as long as you don't try to purposely max all visual settings and increase AA and such all the way.
