I don't know if this will effect anyone but Ithought I might report it anyway.  My rig is triple booting (xp, ubuntu, and vista).  Crysis does not work under vista at all, but it works great under xp.  I have no idea why.

The Crysis demo worked fine under both Vista premium 32 and XP home 32 for me. Is this something you saw only with the full release? If not I would start with checking for optional Vista updates and see if there is anything that might explain the problem there, and then checking for the latest video drivers. Even if you have them installed now, you can try first uninstalling, and then re-installing them.

The triple boot shouldn't have anything to do with it, unless you've got multiple OS installations on the same partition.  Make sure you've got the Nvidia recommended hotfixes and as Tyler mentioned, the latest beta drivers.
