Crysis with Vista 64 SP1

Hey,
 
So I downloading SP1 for vista 64 this evening and tried to run crysis v1.2 with updated 1.44 nvidia drivers and it crashes everytime.  Double click on boot icon, goes to a black screen and then the program stops responding.  Anyone else see this?

I applied SP1 for vista 64 last night.  I'm not sure where exactly to get my driver #, but the Nvidia Control Panel says I have ForceWare version 169.25, if that is the driver version.  I also have the Crysis patch that came out a week or so ago, so I think I'm at 1.2.  No problems on my end.  Are you running the 64 bit exe in Crysis?

I'll grab the SP1 tonight. I also have Ultimate 64 bit. I'll install a fresh copy of Crysis and I'll run it with no updates first. If I get an error there, I'll try 1.1, then 1.2. I'll post my results on here later on tonight or tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be able to re-create the problem and find a fix.

Yeah, I'm using the 64 bit exe... I think there may be something screwed up with the patches I applied. I'm going to try a fresh install of crysis sometime next week when I'm not working (working 15 hours a day 6 days a week at the moment- shoot me pls).
