Hey, I posted something at the end of January, 2012.  I was critical of DS and the unit I received.  Over the weekend I made a complaint via voice mail and email.  I received a cursory email response on the following Monday, promising that someone would call me.  And "Robert" did actually call me and walked me through the problem. 
 
It was resolved and it works fine.  I use it as my business computer for the multi-media needs.  I think it works great.
 
I am very appreciative of DS' follow up.  Unlike my experience with other "mainstream" companies, they were responsive.
