Ok before you guys jump me :)... I tried to post this in the correct area but it just gave me error and I wanted you all to know that DS took care of my issue and like we all know thats why they r #1




Hey Guys and Gals

I just wanted to thank everyone for helping me with this issue hooking up my monitors.

I want to thank Rich and Mike for spending allot of their morning trying to figure this out for me, I think it was way above my knowledge base even if they think it was minor it was a very major big deal to me so thanks again guys.

As some folks complain about price, this is what we pay for absolute 100% the best customer service that is in the market today so I want to thank DS great job :)...

In closing Alex give them those guys and your company kudos :)...
