I can't seem to get an answer to repeated emails?  I ordered a new system that was shipped Nov 28th - it's still not here yet.  The tracking number provided comes up with zero matches in google and yahoo and I've sent 2 emails asking for help or an update with no response.  I live in the UK where 800 number calls are not free so try to use email as much as possible.  I'm really disappointed in the service so far..I allowed for delay because of the holidays, but this is ridiculous.

I'm sorry to hear about that. That is definitely not normal. I'm not sure why you have not received a reply to your emails. I assume you sent the email to [email protected]? I'm unable to see your order number from our forums, could you email me directly: [email protected] and I will look into this for you?

I was also thinking that our emails to you might be getting flagged as SPAM?
