I'm just wondering if there is any kind of customer service. Been contacting them, sending emails, calling, asking for updates on my order and requesting follow ups almost every single day but no one answers me. Been 6 weeks since I ordered and still on stage 3. Asked many times for an update on my order, to switch one of the components but nobody answers me. I see so many great reviews but doesn't seem real. I paid 2k for a product that I dont know when it's coming or if it's ever coming. No one answers me or can even give me an update on my order. Very frustrating

I see Melissa sent you a message back on 7/6.
Parts were assigned on 7/8, middle of last week. You should see it move quickly through the rest of the stages this week! |

And I'm sure they never read my request to change one of the components and it'll not come the way I wanted. Unbelivable

We are not seeing any ticket made or requests sent for a component change. Can you please email me directly at [email protected] with the email/phone number you are using so I can see whats going on?

I have called 3 times and each time i have talked to them. They have also change my config based on my request.
Try giving them a call and be patient with them. All good people that i have talked to. |

Same here my dude, just call them. They're very patient and it was pretty easy changing config upon request.

I also had my config changed while in stage 3 I just called and it was no problem. Talking to a customer service rep is the way to go.
