for some reason my new system the date jumps ahead a day .
any thoughts of what might cause that to happen ?

Right click/Double click the time at the bottom right corner. Make sure the time-zone is your correct area. Then, manually set the date and time to your area, and have Windows automatically update (sync) it. |
