I am currently using a program called UltimateDefrag. Has anyone esle used this before? Is it legit?

O&O or JKDefrag or other defrag apps will do the same if not faster.

Vista and windows 7 have great defragmenters built in, XP could benefit from 3rd party defragmenters.
