In my DS computer I have two 500 GB western digital drives in raid-0 configuration. Would the use of software like DiskKeeper to defragment raid-0 drives damage the drives or destroy data they store. Is a special procedure necessary to degragment raid-0 drives? Thanks.

no there is no special procedure. Raid0 or not, a hdd is a hdd, and defragging it is the same as defragging a single drive.
