So i had ordered my desktop on the 30th of november and i have now been waiting for about 2 months, it took me around a month and a half just to move from stage 1 to stage 2. I know the pandemic and getting things in stock is the reasons for the delay but i just want to know at least an estimate of when the desktop will arrive as it's been over 25 days, if you don't have an estimate than i understand but idk if i should or shouldn't be worrying now. Thanks

Send your order details. Your lack of "Certified Customer" ID means there is something different about the e-mail you used to sign onto the Forum, and the one you used to order.

Stage 2 means they have a CPU assigned to your build, now.

As Cretae said, be certain your email address for the forums matches "ExActLy" the email you used for ordering. It's like a password, lower case and upper case letters are considered different.
