I am getting ready to order a new monitor-Dell Ultrasharp U2312HM and I am finding these on sale for 239.00 on Ebay/Free shipping/plus sales tax.Its actually thru Dell. Does anyone know if the warranty is still 3 years on these or if there is a catch or should I buy from Dell website for 269.00/Free shipping/plus sales tax and I know for sure that it comes with a 3 yr protection plan. Thoughts?Big%20Smile

It should say on the Ebay page I would double check that listing and find out for sure.

I purched the exact same monitor two months ago from the website because I had the same fear as you. You cand find coupons online to use at the website and get good deals pretty much all year around.

Props to DST4ME he is the one who told me all of this when I was looking!

It doesn't mention anything about it that's why I am skeptical about ordering it from the DELL ebay store. I will probably just go ahead and order it from DELL to be safe. I know DST4ME has really helped me with everything. So you really like this monitor..no regrets? It's hard for me to buy anything DELL again but, I am willing to give this monitor a try.

You could ask Dell directly on the page for that monitor, in the "Customer Service" section it says to use the "Ask a Question" feature in regards to any warranty inquiries. No idea how fast they will respond, but it is an option Hahaha

Contact Dell and ask them if you buy the u23 from them on ebay if it has the 3 year warranty, and whatever they tell you I would have them send it to me in writing in an email that has dell in the email address.

at the end of the day its a $30 difference.
