I have been pondering on this for a very long time. I want a gaming computer but haven't decided. Can you guys help? i do know that desktop comps have more power and a better cooling system, but i like that fact about a laptop that i can play WoW anywhere on the go. Can you guys help me decide?

I'd say desktop. You can get a laptop that will run WoW, but you'll get more bang for your buck with a desktop. And you're right--it's far easier to efficiently cool a desktop. Plus a desktop is much easier to work on, upgrade, etc.

Well, all you have to do is look at the specs for the laptop vs the desktop. Desktop memory is faster, you can get more disk space (if you need it), plus you have much more options with a desktop.

Sorry man, but the best thing you can do is just really flip a coin! If your not sure I think everyone on here can only suggest what they would prefer. Harley is right every know and again, So both would be prime choices. I as to will be investing in both, come next tax season of course, I will order a laptop.

Laptops are fairly powerful now. Our "Gaming Dominator" laptop has the option for dual video cards. It also supports overclocking! |
