the ftw edition I think is a little better for people who want to push their oc.

Also, FTW edition has heatsinks on the Mosfet which I believe the regular version doesn't.  All around the FTW board is just a better design for everything.

I believe they both have that and the desing is practically duplicate, the ftw edition delivers more spu power.
